A positive return per 'treatment'
ECONOR for extended protection from disease

With some premix products continuous medication is required and there is a pronounced drop-off in performance once it is discontinued. In contrast, treatment with ECONOR controls enteric diseases effectively during and post-medication.

The table next below describes results from a study confirming that in the face of a naturally occurring ileitis challenge, a single application of ECONOR for 21 days post-weaning effectively controlled ileitis during and beyond the medication period and significantly reduced the clinical signs of the disease.

Long-lasting disease control results in improved performance

Disease control beyond the medication period ensures a positive effect on performance. In the same study, with a single application of ECONOR post-weaning, Alexopoulos demonstrated a statistically different feed conversion and average daily gain post-medication compared to a positive control group, resulting in an improved cost benefit (next below).
